To help bring the ideas and actionable take-aways to life, PSFK invited four creative studios to leverage report findings and ideate a modern and engaging shopper experience strategy for a progressive global brand. The following is a concept from digital agency Dare, who set out to reimagine how the hosting platform, Airbnb, could envelop new technologies to enhance the end-to-end vacation experience for their travelers.
The studio developed a digitally smart, community-driven approach that supports Airbnb customers throughout their vacation experience—from researching a trip to automatically booking their cab home.
